First Garden Gate

I finished the first Garden Gate sock this morning.  I love these so far.  Two-stranded knitting is way easier than expected, and I can't believe it took me 7 years of knitting to try something like this.  This is also a surprisingly quick pattern (or maybe it's just that I haven't knitted in so long that I'm voracious, ha).  Just over a week for the first sock, which, considering it's a knee sock and a new technique, is not bad.

It's hard to get accurate pictures of the colors, but they look better in person.
